A program I built for a client

A workers' comp medical bill review company hired me because someone on their team keyed invoice PDFs into an Excel sheet by hand, every week. I built a program that reads the PDFs and builds that sheet in the layout they already used. I had a first working version on their own invoices in about a day. The version they use now checks each invoice's line items against its printed total, and a person reviews the ones that don't match.

I don't name that client here.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted for your business after a short call, based on your paperwork and your scope. The 15-minute call is free, and you get a written quote before any paid work starts.

Do we have to change the software we use?

Not to start. I build around the systems, files and formats your team already uses.

Where do our files go?

Before I build, we agree in writing on what the program keeps, where it runs and who sees it. I build faster with AI tools, and sample files may go through them, so we can start with redacted copies. I don't hold a SOC 2 report or a HIPAA certification, and I won't imply otherwise.
