These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alfred Sites ("we," "us," or "our") web design and management services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Alfred Sites provides website design, hosting, and management services for local businesses. Services vary by plan (Starter, Pro, Elite) as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice.
Services are billed as described at checkout: a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription. Monthly fees are billed automatically to your payment method on file. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Setup fees are non-refundable once site development has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will be taken offline thereafter. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
By purchasing our services, you grant Alfred Sites a non-exclusive license to use your business name, logo, photos, and publicly available information (including Google Business Profile data) to build and maintain your website. You represent that you have the right to authorize this use.
We use publicly available data from Google Maps and Google Places to populate demo and initial site content. This data is used solely to provide our services and is not resold or redistributed.
We may create demonstration websites using publicly available business information to showcase our service capabilities. These demo sites are clearly marked as previews, are not intended to represent an official business presence, and will be removed upon request or replaced with a fully managed site upon purchase. Business owners may request removal of a demo site at any time by contacting [email protected].
Pro and Elite plan subscribers receive SMS alerts for leads, Google reviews, and monthly reports. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these service-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Alfred Sites retains ownership of website templates, design systems, and proprietary code. Upon full payment and while your subscription is active, you have a non-exclusive license to use your website. Custom content specific to your business (text, photos you provide) remains your property.
Alfred Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or revenue outcomes from use of our services.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (hosting providers, Google APIs, Twilio), or events outside our control may result in temporary service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oneida County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active customers of material changes via email or SMS.
