Alfred Sites uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power the Alfred AI assistant (chat and voice dictation), Collection Scan, Ad Studio, Menu Import, automated review-reply drafts, and product-photo details. These AI features are powered by third-party AI models, including services provided by Anthropic (Claude). When you use AI features, your inputs and relevant business context are transmitted to these AI providers solely to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. We share data only with AI providers that are contractually bound, under their own privacy and data processing agreements, to protect it with privacy and security safeguards at least equal to those described in this Privacy Policy.
By using Alfred AI features, you consent to your inputs being processed by our AI service providers for the purpose of generating responses. You can avoid AI processing by not using AI-powered features (Alfred Chat, AI Insights, AI Campaign Builder, Draft Response).

By submitting your phone number on our website or in our app, you consent to receive SMS messages from Alfred Solutions LLC. These may include authentication codes, platform notifications, and service-related messages. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
SMS opt-in data is never shared. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Consenting to SMS is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or using Alfred Sites.
The Alfred Sites App may request access to your device camera and photo library. Camera access is used for the Collection Scan feature to photograph and digitize business cards. Photo library access is used to upload images to your website and save QR codes. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose.
The Alfred Sites App may request permission to send push notifications for booking alerts, platform updates, and reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Your Alfred Sites business website will also be removed upon account deletion.
You may delete your Alfred Sites account at any time through the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data, your business website, bookings, and all associated content. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime at alfredsites.com/start/ or from Settings → Manage Subscription in the app.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, OTP-based authentication, and secure server infrastructure to protect your information. Your data is never transmitted unencrypted.
Alfred Sites is intended for use by business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
